Students can apply to Queen Mary directly, or via UCAS for undergraduate programmes. If further assistance, or guidance is sought, students can seek the advice of an educational agent.

Queen Mary University of London partners with a global network of agents who offer guidance and assistance to prospective students and offer holders in their university selection process. These agents provide support throughout selection and application process, the visa application and preparing to come to the UK.

All members of our agent network hold a commercial contract with Queen Mary. Contracted agents work closely with our Regional Managers who deliver training and support to ensure agents have comprehensive knowledge about Queen Mary University of London and our processes, providing effective services to the students they assist. In many cases, if a student utilising the services of a contracted agent enrols at Queen Mary, the agent will receive commission. Agents contracted by the university can be found on the Entry Requirements tab for respective countries listed on our Regional Web Pages.

Prospective students are free to choose which agent they work with, including those not contracted with us. However, due to GDPR regulations, please note we cannot share application details with non-contracted agents.

Members of our agent network undergo UK agent and counsellor training. Additionally, Queen Mary University of London is a signatory of the UK Agent Quality Framework, committing to enhancing the partnership between the UK Education Sector and agents and counsellors, as well as recognising and sharing best practices.
