Once you have submitted your application you will be sent your username (which is also your Queen Mary student number) and a password via an email titled 'Receipt of Application'.

This same login information is used later in the application process for the housing application portal for those eligible.

During busy periods we may take up to 14 days to review your application, where we can we try to process these before this time.

We ask that you only reach out if you have had no progression on your application and 14 days have passed since it was submitted.

Please contact study-abroad@qmul.ac.uk with further details and we can help resolve any errors.

You can use the 'contact us' tile within the applicant portal to send any updates to your application. Once you send documents through this method we will be notified you have attached a new document for review.

Yes, please do start an application even if you do not yet have all your documents.

For example, if you have an English test requirement to fulfill but your exam is in a few weeks or you are waiting on a reference.

We can still give you a conditional offer based on your transcript submission fulfillment alone and this can change to an unconditional offer later once you meet all requirements.

A conditional offer means you have been accepted but still have outstanding requirements, this may be an official copy of your transcript or your English test results.

If you accept a conditional offer when we receive your missing documents the offer can update to unconditional.

This is dependent on your circumstances. If you are studying abroad with us in semester one (September - December) and looking to extend to the full academic year, please email or visit us in the office by the end of October to discuss further. If you are studying abroad with us in semester two (January - May/June) and looking to study another semester with us (semester one of the next academic year), this is not possible, unless you are studying with us from Australasia where the academic calendar is different. Please contact us to discuss further, as there are multiple factors to consider.

Please send this to study-abroad@qmul.ac.uk to sign for you, please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods to receive this back.
