Profile

I started my PhD in the Preventive Neurology Unit in January 2021. I am conducting a qualitative research study on the experiences of people who participate in patient and public involvement (PPI) in multiple sclerosis research.

 Prior to joining QMUL, I worked in healthcare regulation inspecting mental health services across England and in the homelessness charity sector.

 After I completed my Bachelor of Social Work (University of Victoria, Canada), I did a Master of Social Work (McGill University, Canada) with a specialisation in International and Community Development. My thesis focused on using a multidisciplinary approach to support HIV+ refugees in Canada.
