Profile

I am a Data Analyst Assistant at Queen Mary’s Clinical Effectiveness Group (CEG); a multi-disciplinary research unit that uses data-enabled research and tools to improve population health. I design and create data dashboards that monitor primary care performance, providing near real-time intelligence for NHS healthcare commissioners and public health teams. I capture activity from GP practices across City & Hackney using EMIS and SystmOne databases and present the data in various dashboards. The dashboards are used by CEG’s Primary Care Facilitators to support practices, monitor their performance, help them reach national and local targets, and improve health in the local population. The dashboards are also used by the GP Confederation and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to monitor primary care performance and distribute funding accurately.
