These requirements are a guide and each application will be considered against a standard grading equivalency matrix for each country and/or institution
*Students from 'Majority English Speaking Countries (as defined on this webpage) do NOT need to provide evidence of this. Students from all other countries need a letter from their institution verifying the language of instruction.
Please note that while 'Majority English Speaking Countries' are defined by the UK Government Visa and Immigration service, this application is not linked to the Visa process.

We welcome international qualifications and we consider every application individually on its academic merit. If you would like to discuss your eligibility with the Summer School Team before submitting an application, you can contact us at summerschool@qmul.ac.uk. To join our summer school you must be 18 years of age or older.
Please be aware that qualifications for summer school differ from the standard Queen Mary Admissions requirements. Acceptance onto the Summer School does not qualify you for acceptance or advance standing admission into any other Queen Mary course, including other Study Abroad Programmes.
