Another fantastic place to explore the university's impact on the local community, mostly the students impact, is by exploring the student union's pages. Both Queen Mary Student Union and Barts and the London Student Union have their own websites which feature all the amazing work they have been doing. 

 

 

Festival of Communities

The annual Festival of Communities celebrates everything that makes east London a fantastic place to live and work.

Community Engagement Grants

The Community Engagement Small Grants scheme is designed to provide up to £1,000 of funding to support activities which benefit the community.

The Centre of Public Engagement

The Centre for Public Engagement was eastablished to help support Queen Mary staff and students integrate public engagement into their work.

Students' Union Awards

The Students' Union Awards commemorates students who participated in Societies, Volunteering, Student Media and RAG.
