Professor Loukas Mistelis spoke at the 'Common European Sales Law Meets Reality - A European Debate on the Commission's Proposal' conference held at  Martin Luther University, Halle (Saale), Germany on 14-15 June 2013.

The Conference considered the practical impact of the European Commission's proposed Common European Sales Law (CESL) by focussing on four different areas: politics, society, the judiciary, and academic education. Renowned officials, politicians, academics, and legal practitioners from various Member States reflected on the CESL’s future.

Professor Mistelis's presentation was entitled 'Taking CESL to ADR: The Solution?'.
