It has a been a real rollercoaster juggling my academic and clinical post, with all the ongoing changes across the Biological Units at Queen Mary along with my preparations for this clinical certificate.

"I am very grateful for the unconditional support, guidance and mentorship of many academics including Prof. Michael-Titus, Prof. Brohi, Prof. Thiemermann, Prof. Warner, Prof. Perretti, Prof. Screen and Prof. Hobbs, among many others. Also to the Director of the Biological Services Unit, Sue Keefe, and our Establishment holders, Rob Bennet and Sharon Ellis. And of course, I'm very grateful to the amazing team of animal technologists and researchers that spend many hours in our units. Despite the challenges ahead, I am very pleased to be part of such a team that continues to drive best welfare and 3Rs practices to support impactful biomedical discoveries at Queen Mary."
