Intrapreneurship enables employees to innovate within an organisation, acting like entrepreneurs but with the company's support.  By using your creativity and ingenuity, you can drive significant innovation and transformation in your future workplaces.

QIncubator supports intrapreneurs in finding employer-led solutions before testing these on potential customers, partners, mentors and industry experts.

You will be working in teams with external organisations on an innovation challenge.

Knowing where to start can be daunting, which is why this programme will help you define your ambitions, set goals and get you going. The programme will enhance your problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, innovation, and consultancy skills.

• Week 1: Introduction, Design Thinking and Project Brief Overview and Teamwork 

• Week 2: Understanding the Problem, Client Requirements, Building User Personas 

• Week 3: Assessing Risks, Competitors, and Internal Capabilities 

• Week 4: Business Model, Pricing and Financial Forecasting 

• Week 5: Pilot/MVP, Development Options and Team Dynamics 

• Week 6: Marketing Strategy and Go to Market Launch  

• Week 7: Building Delivery Roadmaps and Execution Plans 

• Week 8: Pitch Your Innovation Solution at Experience Haus studio
