Timetable Adjustment Form

How do I apply for the adjustment form?

The timetable adjustment form can be submitted by all students, who need to make adjustments to their timetable due to medical reasons.

You can apply for a timetable adjustment at any point throughout your course.

The form is initially sent as part of the offer acceptance process and can be found within your acceptance offer email. Alternatively, a link to the form can also be found via the QMUL App. You can also access the form here.

There are several questions to complete within the form. Once the form has been submitted an email will be sent to the Timetabling Team for them to make the requested amendments to your timetable, where possible. The Timetabling team will action the adjustments up to the start of term, normally the first week in September. After this date the adjustments will be made by your school admin team, where applicable.

An email is also sent to the Disability and Dyslexia Support Team, if you complete the section related to additional information. You will also be able to arrange an appointment with the DDS team to discuss further assistance.
