CCLS Alumnus Marco Zaccagnini (Banking and Finance Law LLM, 1996) will be the first speaker to participate in these series of talks which will take place on Thursday 27th March 2025 at 17.00 - 18.00 on Zoom

Marco Zaccagnini, a Partner at Gianni & Origoni law firm, specializes in capital markets and financial regulation, with a focus on debt issuance and restructuring, structured finance, and derivatives transactions. He advises leading investment banks, insurance companies, local authorities, and institutional investors.

After graduating maxima cum laude in Law from the University of Milan (1995), Marco completed his LLM in Banking and Finance at Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London (1996). He joined Gianni & Origoni law firm in 1996 and was elected Partner in 2004. He currently serves as the Resident Partner of the London office.

Beyond his legal practice, Marco frequently writes and speaks on legal issues in financial markets. He is a member of the Milan Bar and is qualified as both an Avvocato and a Solicitor of England & Wales.
