Robin tells us about his critique of Lord Justice Warby's most recent judgment in the litigation between Meghan Markle and Associated Newspapers [2021] EWHC 510 (Ch): "Lord Justice Warby, in an unexpected and ground-breaking decision, has grabbed possession of the metaphorical radio station and required the Mail on Sunday and MailOnline to publish his summary of the result of the Meghan Markle case. Not just anywhere, but on the front page. This decision will be of interest to IP lawyers as well as Media and Privacy lawyers and comes both as Lord Justice Warby moves to the Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal itself hears the application for permission to appeal against his entire judgment. Who said law was boring?"
