The Queen Mary Law Journal (QMLJ), is a distinguished platform dedicated to advancing legal scholarship and fostering rich interdisciplinary discourse. Established in 1998, our journal has been a beacon of legal thought, providing a space for both students and practitioners to publish work that extends beyond the traditional legal curriculum.
On the website you can explore current and past issues, each meticulously curated to provide insightful and innovative legal scholarship. This journal has been a cornerstone of legal discourse since its inception in 1998, with digitised and indexed issues available from 2010 onwards.
Currently the Editorial Board seek original literary and creative submissions that explore the ways in which legal systems consider the role of inclusivity, both regarding law on inclusivity, diversity and equality as well as the issues surrounding the inclusivity of the law as it is established and created.
The editorial board, comprised of dedicated doctoral researchers and academics, carefully selects themes for each issue based on their relevance to contemporary legal discourse. This thematic approach allows the journal to delve deep into specific areas of law, fostering a rich and nuanced understanding of legal issues. The rigorous peer review process ensures the quality and integrity of all publications.
The QMLJ is indexed in HeinOnline and Westlaw, two of the most respected legal research databases. This recognition is a testament to the quality of its work and its contribution to the field of law. By subscribing to this journal, you can stay updated on the latest legal developments and discover innovative legal insights.
The QMLJ is more than just a publication; it is a platform for intellectual exchange, a catalyst for innovative legal thought, and a reflection of the journal’s unwavering commitment to legal scholarship.
