On 18 September 2013 Professor Duncan Matthews joined Partners from the London firm of European Patent Attorneys, Kilburn and Strode, and the Rt Hon Professor Sir Robin Jacob, the Sir Hugh Laddie Chair in Intellectual Property at University College London, in welcoming to London a delegation from Guangdong Intellectual Property Office, led by Mr. Tang Yi, Deputy Director.
