Published:

The School of International Arbitration (SIA) at Queen Mary has produced a report to compare the fees charged by commercial courts as part of the Ministry of Justice’s consultation ‘Court fees: proposals for reform’.
Professor Loukas Mistelis, Remy Gerbay and Nicolas Raoul Costabile of the SIA at Queen Mary’s Centre for Commercial Law Studies wrote the report, which is a comparative assessment of the court services and fee frameworks in respect of commercial disputes. The report analysed the following jurisdictions: Singapore, the United States (in particular, State of New York and Delaware), Australia (Victoria and New South Wales) and the UAE (Emirate of Dubai).
