Following the Co-operative Bank's announcement to introduce an ethical lending policy, Dr Costanza Russo, Deputy Director of the Institute for Regulation and Ethics at Queen Mary University of London, was interviewed by LexisNexis in order to get her take on what banks should keep in mind when they consider implementing ethical policies.
In the interview Dr Russo talks about what has prompted this policy change, as well as the practical considerations lawyers advising in this area should make.
