Professor Raphael Heffron, Jean Monnet Professor in Energy and Natural Resources Law and Policy at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was invited to speak at the University of Cambridge's Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy, and Natural Resource Governance (CEENRG) on Monday 20 October. Here he presented research work on the Evolution of Energy Law which is in part based on a previous research paper entitled: The Evolution of Energy Law and Energy Jurisprudence: Insights for Energy Analysts and Researchers.
