Professor Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), has been invited to present the findings of his WiseGRID project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research programme. Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU research and innovation programme.
The title of his presentation is 'Smart grids in the European Union: A new form of decentralized energy. The case of WiseGRID.' He will be a speaker at the BIT’s 6th Annual Global Congress of Knowledge Economy-2019, 20-22 September 2019, Qingdao, China.
