Dr Anna Howard, Post-Doctoral Research Assistant at the School of International Arbitration, Centre for Commercial Law Studies, has had her recently published book 'EU Cross-Border Commercial Mediation: Listening to Disputants - Changing the Frame; Framing the Changes' (Wolters Kluwer 2021) referred to in The Scotsman. An article by John Sturrock QC cited her book which focuses on the European Union’s continued efforts to encourage the use of cross-border mediation and examines why such efforts have had a limited impact.
