CEG dashboards

CEG dashboards display aggregated data from primary care records in North East London to monitor progress against local and national programmes.

What they include

Our dashboards display aggregated data at practice, PCN, place/locality and regional level. We produce them to monitor specific local, regional and national programmes and incentive schemes, including cancer screening, blood pressure monitoring at home, Covid and flu vaccination, and the Investment and Impact Fund (IIF) indicators. We also monitor the reach of programmes in under-served populations, for example people who are housebound, homeless, or have severe mental illness.

We do not report patient numbers fewer than five. This ensures individuals cannot be identified by the uniqueness of their circumstances. Practice teams can run our corresponding searches on their patient records to identify individuals making up the dashboard numbers so they can take action where needed.

How to access

The dashboards are produced in Excel and Power BI and are hosted online. North East London practice teams, NHS commissioners, clinical leads and local authorities should contact their local CEG facilitator for the access link.
