Hızır Dinler is a researcher in the Department of Early Childhood Education at Kilis 7 Aralık University in Kilis, Türkiye. In 2015, after graduating from university, he traveled to Iran for exploring daily life and the education system there. He completed his master's degree in 2018 working with phonological awareness in disadvantaged children with a poetry-oriented education programme. He received his Ph.D. degree from Pamukkale University in 2023. He volunteers as a consultant in various non-governmental organizations like UNICEF. He has been working with different countries on early childhood research. He has published 4 books and measurement tools for early childhood.
