Dr Lizzie Rushton is Research-Lead of UCL's Centre for Climate Change and Sustainability Education and Programme Leader of the MA Education. She has worked previously as a secondary school geography teacher, evaluation lead for an education charity and as inaugural director of the secondary geography teacher education programme, based at King's College London. Her research has been funded by Leverhulme, ESRC and the British Educational Research Association. Lizzie is co-founder and Managing Editor of Routes - the Journal for Student Geographers, an open access space for peer-reviewed scholarship authored by undergraduate and post-16 geographers.
