Central research fields are (i) young citizens engagement in natural resource governance and sustainable transitions, and (ii) young peoples participation in urban and societal development. Globalization, transnational relations, and citizenship are all central dimensions. The empirical fundament for work is Norway and Indonesia, but I also have some fieldwork experiences from several African countries.
