Part of the Ad Hoc Seminar Series organised by the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC).
Dr Matthias Goldmann (Max Planck, Heidelberg) will present a paper entitled (working title): ‘Public Law and Finance – A History of Misunderstandings and a Discourse Theoretical Proposal’. Commentary will be by Professor Rosa Lastra (QMUL). Dr Maks Del Mar will chair. A paper will be pre-circulated. Lunch provided.
