Dr Del Mar publishes keynote on educating the legal imagination

Dr Maks Del Mar, Reader in Legal Theory and Founding Director of the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context, has recently published a keynote address which he delivered at the Joint Meeting of the Netherlands Socio-Legal Studies Association and the Netherlands Association for Philosophy of Law, on the theme ‘Active Learning and Teaching in Legal Education’ in November 2017. His address was entitled 'Educating the Legal Imagination' and can be accessed for free here. The PDF is available here.
