Dr Maks Del Mar delivers Inner Temple lecture on Legal Reasoning in the Common Law Tradition

Dr Maks Del Mar, Reader in Legal Theory and Co-Director of the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), delivered an Inner Temple Lecture on 10 October 2016. The lecture was on ‘Legal Reasoning in the Common Law Tradition’. Dr Del Mar has been an Academic Fellow of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple since 2013. He is presently completing a book on Imagination and Legal Cognition for Hart / Bloomsbury.
