Dr Maks Del Mar, Reader in Legal Theory at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), spoke at a conference in honour of Geoffrey Samuel, organised by Kent Law School in Paris, 3 December. Dr Del Mar’s presentation was entitled ‘Theorising Legal Reasoning in Comparative History: The Place of Imagination’.
