Dr Noam Gur gives lecture series at the University of Palermo
Dr Noam Gur delivered a lecture series on obedience and disobedience to the law as a visiting scholar at the University of Palermo in May 2023.

Dr Gur’s lectures explored topics such as rational decision-making, political obligations, and civil dissent—from the perspective of their theoretical grounding and their application to current public affairs.
The series comprised three lectures and formed part of a PhD course in human rights theory and practice. Following his lectures, Dr Gur also gave a research seminar on the interaction between legal form and content in the context of obedience and disobedience to the law.
