Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott speaks at Chatham House on Brexit

Sionaidh Douglas-Scott, Anniversary Chair in Law and Co-Director at the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) gave a talk at Chatham House on Brexit as part of their Primer Series, 18 July. In her talk, Professor Douglas-Scott outlined the legal requirements needed to realize Brexit: explaining the steps necessary to separate the British and EU political and legal orders and highlighted a number of important constitutional implications for the UK.
