Profile

Xiaoyu Zheng works on the NIHR Barts BRC Grant in the MSK theme. The project involves the analysis of multi-omic data including our unique biomedical resource of 1000 RA patients with longitudinal biopsy and matching blood, as well as patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) for clinical management. MSK Digital Twin platform will be created to provide personalized patient treatment plans supporting their disease management, predicting disease trends and predicting the patient’s response.
