Nancy Schumann holds a Masters in English Literature from the University of Leipzig, Germany. Nancy has worked in a number of administrative and managerial roles at Queen Mary since 2004, supporting researchers or the College’s Design & Branding team. In October 2015, Nancy joined the Doctoral College as administrator.

In addition, Nancy writes poetry, short stories and longer texts on a variety of topics in both English and German and her works have been published in both languages. Nancy’s particular interest, both in fiction and academically, are female vampires.
