Call for projects: Crick-Turing Biomedical Data Science Awards aimed at awards for Postdocs - deadline 23 October 2019.
The Turing and The Francis Crick Institute (the Crick) are launching a call for the Crick-Turing Biomedical Data Science Awards. The call aims to catalyse productive collaborative research between biomedical investigators and data scientists. Awards will provide funding for post-doctoral level researchers working in the field of AI and data science. Researchers will be based at the Crick for up to 12 months to pilot research projects collaboratively developed with a biomedical investigator to apply data science approaches to biomedical challenges.
This call is open to any post-doctoral level researchers (not limited to the Turing university partner networks) working in the field of AI and data science. To apply please submit a short Expression of Interest Form by 11:00 GMT 23 October 2019.
