The Organisational & Professional Development Team have developed work-related stress workshops and toolkits to support managers and supervisors: Manager’s Essentials.
Researchers can access training on subjects such as Navigating Change and Uncertainty and Managing stress as a Researcher; search for ‘Researcher Wellbeing’ on the CPD booking system. There is also a QMPlus page on Wellbeing for Researchers. This page was designed for Queen Mary researchers (PhD students and Research Staff) and their supervisors/managers.
