The BUPT-QM Teaching and Learning Centre (JTLC) organised a series Programme Leadership workshops in the academic year 2021-22, designed for JP Programme Leads (PLs).
All of the PLs have completed the 5 workshops, hosted by Dr Ling Ma, Deputy Director of the JTLC. During the 5 workshops, PLs discussed leadership contexts, styles, models and other topics such as engaging stakeholders and influencing in the TNE context. From the next academic year, the PLs will continue to meet regularly and work together to enhance the teaching and learning on the JP/JEI.
