Torlai Triglia Lab

We combine computational and experimental approaches, including single-cell omics and genetic engineering, to study how the genetic and epigenetic state of a cell influences molecular, cellular and tissue behaviour during cancer development. The ability to causally link these alterations to their functional consequences will improve strategies to target cancer cells.
