We are multidisciplinary lab that combines computational biology, machine learning, AI and molecular biology to decode the contribution of epigenetics (DNA methylation and histone modifications), enhancers, transcription factors and 3D genome organisation to gene regulation. Our focus in on both human diseases (including cancer), but also on normal development.
