Infrastructure and Maintenance

An in-house team supported by specialist contractors provides a reactive and planned preventative maintenance service aimed at raising standards of maintenance and subsequently reducing the number of reactive jobs.

We aim to deliver a best in class service

Infrastructure and Maintenance is responsible for:

  • Infrastructure and Utilities - Gas, water, drainage, electricity and heating supplies to all buildings
  • Statutory Compliance - Includes asbestos, legionella, lifts and pressure systems, HVAC
  • Maintenance of all building fabric and building engineering services
