Xing Aifen is Professor of International Law at Beijing Normal University, whose main research and teaching areas include Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Migration and Refugee Law and Laws regarding disaster prevention, mitigation, relief and emergency management. Xing Aifen obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Renmin University of China (1981-1985), her Master Degree in Law from the Institute of Law and Politics at Beijing Normal University (1989) and, finally, her PhD in Law from Renmin University of China (2002-2005). Xing Aifen was a Senior Fulbright Research Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2007-2008).
