Presentation of a major CCLS project on advising the Government of Ukraine on the Establishment and Operation of a new specialised IP Court. The project was funded by the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID) and the Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Good Governance Fund.
Insights will be provided by the project team led by Dr Noam Shemtov (CCLS, Queen Mary University of London) and Professor Ioannis Kokkoris (CCLS, Queen Mary University of London), Project manager – Mariia Tymofiienko (CCLS, Queen Mary University of London) and research coordinator – Dr Olga Gurgula (Brunel University).
The webinar will be chaired by Professor Duncan Matthews (Director of the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute).
