The four films that will be screened, made by different filmmakers across geographies and time, create an archive of belonging of a people without “home”.

Blown by the Wind (Jacques Madvo, 1971, 18'); and Ma'loul Celebrates Its Destruction (Michel Khelifi,1984, 32').

The screenings will be followed by a discussion.

The event is free to attend. You are welcome to donate to the Ghassan Abu Sittah Children's Fund.

The event is organised by Queen Mary's Centre for Film and Ethics (CfFE) and the Global South Cinematheque, in partnership with the Palestine Film Institute and supported by IHSS.
