Study at Queen Mary University of London

Queen Mary University of London is a Russell Group university known for its world-class research and academic excellence. We offer a broad range of programmes across our three faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Engineering as well as Medicine and Dentistry. Being in one of the world’s most diverse cities with people from all over the globe, studying at Queen Mary is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The diversity of the city is reflected on our campus with students from over 170 nationalities and about 40% of international students. The Queen Mary Students Union has over 300 societies of which almost 70 are related to cultures. There is a truly global community on our campus and beyond, so if you are feeling homesick or are craving familiar food, you are bound to find others who share your culture. London has been ranked as the best city in the world for students in the QS Best Student Cities 2025.

Queen Mary also offers career support to help you launch your career. International graduates can also apply for the Graduate Route, allowing them to stay and work in the UK for up to two years (three for doctoral graduates). London is a hub for many industries and many employers recruit in London. Studying with us in London offers you diverse opportunities and will allow you to make professional connections.

London also has some of the world’s best museums (like the Natural History Museum, the British Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum) and they are free to enter, making it easy for students on a budget to enjoy a lot of culture.

Despite its size, London has a lot of green spaces, with nearly half of the city made up of parks and outdoor areas. It’s the perfect balance of urban life and nature.
