Cost of living in London

Queen Mary's Advice and Counselling Service has a wealth of information and advice on various topics to support you during your studies and life in London, in particular with regard to finances, budgeting and banking in the UK. They provide lots of resources, for example a budget planner for international students.

The total cost of life in London (including housing, food and travel) will be roughly £1,334 per month. Residential fees for 2025/26 will be £172 to £430 per week, depending on the type of accommodation.
