Degree transcriptsIf you have not yet completed your degree please provide a transcript of your results achieved to date
One suitable reference (we resevre the right to request a second reference where the first is not satisfactory).
Please provide one reference from your previous academic institution on headed paper. If you have left university it is usually acceptable to provide an alternative, suitable employee reference.

Statement of purpose
Your statement of purpose should explain why you want to study your chosen programme and how it will help your life and career. This should typically be one side of A4 paper.
In addition to the documents listed above, international applicants should provide evidence of English language ability (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL).
We appreciate that undertaking an MA is a large financial commitment. If you have any queries about financial matters our fantastic Advice and Counselling team are on hand to assist.

If you are an international applicant, the UKCISA(link is external) website is a great source of advice. They can provide you with a range of information, from what it’s like living and studying in the UK to a budget calculator to help you stay on top of your finances.
Admissions Tutors will consider your completed application form. Providing you have included all the required documentation, we aim to inform you of a decision on your application within four weeks of receipt.
