We are very proud of our campus at Queen Mary - the only campus university in central London. Located on the beautiful Regent's Canal, next to 200 acres of parkland, we are just a short ride on the Central Line from Oxford Street, the British Library, the Westgate Centre and the Olympic Park. Brick Lane, Cable Street and the old London docks are all within walking distance, putting you at the heart of one of the most historic parts of London.
Why not come and see for yourself?
Our "Taster Days" allow you to try out a day of university study, with a menu of classes and lectures tailored to your A Level studies. With options ranging from the First Crusade to the War on Terror, there is something for all interests. More information can be found on our Taster days page.
Queen Mary runs regular campus tours and these are available to book online. We are also happy to arrange tours or meetings with members of the School of History. Please contact history-admissions@qmul.ac.uk to arrange a visit.
We hold many public lectures and events throughout the year and are always pleased to invite students and teachers. Follow us on twitter @QMHistory for news of forthcoming events, and email history-admissions@qmul.ac.uk to reserve tickets.
We are located on QMUL's Mile End campus, just a short walk from Mile End tube station (Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines) or Stepney Green tube station (District line).
