HR Operations team will be looking after the employees through their whole lifecycle from the date that the employees start to when they leave the university. This will include below:

Contract Variations including Extension of Fixed term/Temporary Contract, Fixed term/Temporary to Permanent Contract, Acting-Up Allowances, Job Regrade / Promotion / Transfer / Demotion, Secondment, Change of Hours, Additional Responsibility
Certificate of Sponsorships for Extensions
Leave Requests (unpaid, sabbatical etc)	Family Friendly Requests
TUPEs	Terminations and Retirements
FTC and Probation Notices	Sickness
Emeritus Titles	Overpayments and Underpayments
References	Increments/Pay Progressions
Salary Sacrifice Schemes (Childcare and Nursery)	DBS Renewals
