Dignity at Work
Queen Mary is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive employer and operates a zero tolerance policy on bullying, harassment and discrimination of LGBTQIA+ staff.
Parental Leave & Adoption Leave
All of Queen Mary's leave policies support LGBTQIA+ families, including maternity, adoption and shared parental leave.
