Academic and Professional Development

The Queen Mary Academy delivers university-wide support for the development of education and research. They work with staff and students to develop and enhance their practice in teaching, learning, scholarship, research, and academic leadership.

Organisation and Professional Development works with colleagues to help to improve Queen Mary’s effectiveness in a range of ways, including:

• Providing development options around themes such as leadership and management, personal effectiveness, and team building
• Facilitating action around staff engagement
• Providing bespoke consultancy and support for managers and teams
