At the event held on 25 March 2019, Tom Fearnley, Investment Director of the Norwegian Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) talked about Norwegian investment strategy, the SWF landscape and long term considerations in management and investment decisions. Natalie Lichtenstein, former General Counsel of the Beijing-based Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) talked about the role of development banks in particular in Asia.
British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) Director, Prof Spyros Maniatis, chaired the event and the discussion was moderated by Prof Rosa Lastra and Prof Malik Dahlan.
