ICC-Baker McKenzie Annual Conference 2017: Trends and Developments in Global Competition Law

The ICC-Baker McKenzie Eleventh Annual Conference 2017 on ‘Trends and Developments in Global Competition Law’ will be held on Friday 12 May in Brussels.

This year, the conference will address significant developments of great interest to corporate counsel, private practitioners, policy-makers, competition enforcement officials and academics in the major areas: international merger control; international cartel enforcement; verticals/e-commerce follow-up and EU state aid enforcement and global competitiveness.

International merger control

  • Bilateral Investment Treaties and State aid: controlling state aid and subsidies beyond EU borders.
