IGALA11 will be held online. The conference will include both pre-recorded “on demand” content and various live events.
All individual presentations (20-minute talks and contributions to organized panels) will be pre-recorded and uploaded by authors in March. Registered participants will be able to access all pre-recorded content, and to leave comments/questions for authors in a public forum (similar in structure to YouTube). Recordings will remain available for up to 6 weeks after the conference.
Live IGALA11 events will take place over three half days from 22 – 24 June 2021. Live events will include:
All live events will be recorded and available on the conference website for up to 6 weeks. Live events will be staggered across mornings and afternoons (British time) in an effort to accommodate differences in time zones among participants.
In addition to these organized events, we also anticipate hosting an online space for informal socializing among conference participants (during, e.g., breaks). Information will be posted when it is available.
